One-on-one personal coaching sessions of 60 to 90 minutes each week.
Are you feeling discouraged that you have been in therapy and working on yourself for what seems like forever and continue to notice that certain issues keep popping up for you?
- Are you frustrated because you are stuck in ruts that lead you to react and struggle within yourself and therefore, fight with the rest of life?
- Do you blame yourself for not having your life together yet?
- Do you tend to ruminate and push down negative feelings about yourself?
- Do you still somehow feel like a victim?
The main focus of this work is on your relationship with yourself. We look at your inner world at where you are and where you want to be so we can set off on a grounded and clear path to get you there.
Is there a way to ever have some freedom from your past?
Unworthinness & Undeservingness – Maybe you try and go for things but underneath there’s this gnawing feeling that you just don’t deserve them and that you aren’t worthy of the fun, the peace, the money, the deeply nourishing and loving relationships you’ve always wished for, and so you continue to sabotage yourself over and over again.
Self-Doubt & Invisibility – Perhaps you just don’t feel fully capable at doing whatever you’re doing in your work environment. So you step back and out of the light so you don’t risk failing and making a fool of yourself.
The Fear of Loving Again – You may even shut down and close yourself off from those you love dearly because the pain of being hurt by them could once again devastate your whole world.
Overwhelm & Procrastination – You could be struggling with overwhelm and feeling depressed as a result of trying to organise yourself with certain aspects of your life. You end up stuck in procrastination, unsure and frustrated over how to move through it and get it all done.
Yet, you long to change these patterns and move forward so you can take positive and inspiring action that will bring you the results in your relationship to whatever and whomever you are interacting with – but you need support in moving out of your rut.
So, what do you do?
You know, deep down that without this genuine connection and care for yourself, you will only be living from survival mode and not from an internal place of resourcefulness that is confident and ready to move into inspired action for what you want.
Much of how you feel about yourself, how you think about yourself, how you see yourself and how you talk to yourself is the root cause of your internal feeling moment to moment. This internal feeling state will be the guiding force to whether you will approach your life from struggle or from a place of peaceful loving self-empowerment.
What’s Next For You
Maybe you have done loads of work on yourself – lots of different therapies and modalities. You seem to have gotten to a good enough place within but things still just don’t seem to be working out the way you want.
You might be feeling tired and frustrated always having to deal with something that always seems related to your past. And, you know that there has got to be more to life.
You may retreat in quiet desperation and wonder if you will ever live out the childhood ideas and dreams that are still tucked away.
And, not only is it incredibly sad, but it is depleting your energy and your internal resources.
You notice time is passing and you are still struggling. And now, you secretly wonder if full recovery is even possible for you at this point in time.
Is your ability to move forward and free yourself hinging on a fundamental erroneous self-concept that you have been holding onto about yourself that you have just never given any consideration to?
And so you then became confused because there weren’t any emotionally honest role models to mirror your true spiritual identity because they didn’t know their own true spiritual identity. Your parents/caretakers were also spiritually abused as children and remained so as adults.
If you were abused emotionally, physically, sexually, and/or betrayed and neglected in any way growing up, you suffered very deep spiritual abuse.
The Resulting Distorted Self-Identities
As a result, your perceptions about your identity are connected to your spiritual abuse and the resulting aftermath that lingers for years within you. The lingering feelings from having been so mistreated lead you to believe and behave from a distorted identity of Self.
Living from distorted identities causes you to take on some very harmful and limiting negative beliefs about yourself. It keeps you spinning your wheels in frustration and resentment always believing that you are unworthy and undeserving of the pure unadulterated love that is yours to thrive on.
